A poster series for Rübis & Stübis, a restaurant within a nature reserve in Flaach, Switzerland. The name Rübis & Stübis refers to its approach to food: substainable eating with as little food waste as possible. For example the carrots are eaten with their skin on and their leaves made into a pesto.
