Our design takes cues from the diagonal, staggered form of the cover image. We set text in the sharp, angular forms of the typeface Chap, step titles in leaning stacks, add subtle forward slashes and place page content along invisible lines running corner to corner in spreads. Hints of red in the book's headband, page folios and extended high-gloss end-papers echo the occasional flashes of red which permeate this collection.
