The show charts the transformation of 15 Norton Folgate, exploring how heritage, craftsmanship and radical retrofitting can honour the past while shaping the future of our cities. We took inspiration from the palimpsest of this site and story—its stitched together layers of Georgian and Victorian brickwork. Window displays and information panels share a fixed-scale ‘flemish bond’ brick pattern that helps tessellate typographic structures across sheets ranging from A5 up to SRA1. These sheets are printed on both sides, celebrating the way light interacts with their materiality to reduce opacity and show forms coexisting in a common framework.
